cefischer Buchverlag + Embedded Solutions is a research enterprise located in Salzwedel, Germany. Founded in 2009 by Clemens-E. Fischer, we develop embedded solutions for industrial and scientific applications and publish technical documentation and rare scientific information in the form of high-quality books. As an R&D enterprise, we ideally concentrate on the product as it results from its corresponding research project and the project itself, not on its maximum marketability. Economically, we focus on cost coverage and ongoing finance of research project continuation, not on profit at all cost.

Our activities are clearly distributed to two operating divisions independent of, yet complementary to each other: cefischer solutions and cefischer verlag. With the enterprise structured like this, we can fulfill our main directive: keeping our products available in the very long term. The thoughtful development of a solution and its dependable documentation means availability.

This way, our products become market resistant. OEMs using our solutions within their own products can therefore rest assured that these solutions are available still as market trends will change. And they can rest assured that our solutions are documented and that the documentation is kept in print. The availability of both, product and product documentation means consistency.

Product development and prepress processing is done in-house. Production is mainly externalized. With regards to product manufacturing, we are therefore mainly concerned with controlling and can consist as a small, flexible and competitive enterprise. Additionally, we can easily adapt productive capacities to meet changing market demands while protecting and refining the quality of our products. This keeps the inner structures of the enterprise simple. Simplicity means reliability.

These aspects – availability, consistency and reliablity – come along with the structure of the enterprise and characteristically mark our solutions, products and services.
