Our division cefischer solutions develops and maintains high-reliable yet simple embedded technology solutions for measuring, controlling and computing for industry and science. cefischer solutions started its operations in 2009 and will present its first embedded products in 2012.

These solutions are preceded by the specification of a suitable embedded bus standard, the ESISA bus, logical enhancement of the ISA bus standard (IEEE P996) and real alternative to PC/104. Our Single Board Computer und Smart I/O modules are grouped around the ESISA bus.

All those modules come with our real-time operating system µPMOS preloaded. Due to its object oriented architecture, µPMOS provides its own integrated software development environment. Therefore, an ESISA module is both: solution and programming tool in one device.

Any PC with a null-modem cable and a standard terminal program can be used for firmware development in an ESISA environment. This, combined with the high grade of modularization coming along with the ESISA standard, enables designers to realize a wide variety of industiral and scientific applications in a simple, fast and cost effective way.

Hardware standards and programming environments are thoroughly documented; the technical publication as the technology itself kept available in the very long term, practically unlimited in time. Thus, our embedded solutions become market resistant, safe, and reliable applications - and investments made therein protected.
